The ChimeraSlayer package has been revised as follows:
-the earlier named CM and CS portions have been fully integrated into a
single Chimera Slayer tool for simplified usage and reference.
-the intra-taxon chimera prediction type is included in the output file.
Also, the main documentation for the software at
http://microbiomeutil.sf.net has been updated to better describe how to run
the software tools and how to interpret their output.
The latest microbiomeutil suite is available for download here:
Our manuscript describing Chimera Slayer and its application has been
written and soon will be submitted for publication.
