Description:

FoodProcess-Lab is an extension to the open-source data integration and analysis platform KNIME (www.knime.org) The user can create food process chains by combining modular food process building blocks which can be adjusted with respect to their process conditions. To each process step the user can assign a predictive microbial model calculated in PMM-Lab to estimate the tenacity of agents. The integrated database helps in creating food process chains by providing ingredients and agents for a quick and easy setup.
