Installing MicrobeGPS for Windows is easy:
Download the zip archive
Unpack the file, e.g. with 7zip
* Run the file MicrobeGPS.exe from the MicrobeGPS directory

You may want to create a desktop shortcut:
Right click on MicrobeGPS.exe
Click on Send To -> Desktop (create shortcut)
