#3 Microbase compute client on Condor

Attempted to start a few clients via condor working across the Newcastle pool today (well actually, I only got as far as a "hello world" Java condor job).

The odd job runs (after a very long wait). Other jobs simply remain in the queue. The exact same "hello world" job + submit description works perfectly on the cisban cluster.

I've emailed the appropriate people. Also requested that the Windows machines have java capability added (hopefully just a configuration change).

The above needs retesting at some point in the next week or so as things are fixed. And then we need to test the Microbase client.
