Publish many torrents in quick succession...

* should give an indication of whether "please reseed" by notification works correctly over longer periods of time.
* should indicate whether we need to patch Azureus further to address memory issues when swapping torrents continuously.
* should provide information on average latency in resolving peers
* average throughput per node
* total system throughput data?

Ideally, above tests should be written as compute jobs.
