#9 Maven archetype for responder projects

Currently, responder projects need to crafted by hand. This is painful for new developers and irritating for existing developers.

We need a Maven archetype that constructs a new responder project with a default skeleton directory structure, containing a "hello world" project for each component of the responder package.

See trunk/responder-examples for exact details, but the directory structure produced should look something like this:
/my-new-responder
| - event-handler
| - compute
| - query-interface
| | - ws-spec
| | - ws-impl
| - webui
