#2 Responder / subscriber / topic names graph

A graph view of responders (nodes) and interested message types (arcs). This would make understanding a large Microbase installation much easier. It would clearly show which responders receive which types of messages. Useful for debugging. New responders added to the system at runtime would appear in realtime, or after a "refresh" request.

Given a graphing library -> png/jpeg, this should be fairly trivial to do - all the information required is stored within the notification system database.
