[Micro Autocode] ANN: recent updates

Three releases for bugfixes since the initial sourceforge release.
I am now using MicroAutocode for a real-life project myself. With my tester's 
hat on, the compiler is still having teething problems, but nothing that 
can't get fixed fast. It is still in Alpha state - these things are expected, 
but it is ready for others to try out.

I am interested in any comments you might have. Drop a line or two to the 
list, you don't have to be subscribed.

This file represents events in time-sequence. Fixes before a release point are
included in it, those after are not.

assignment to s[...] had illegal follow-on code.
There are actually four start-up vectors.
