Sorry about your trouble,

There was a major change from using ints to doubles to be consistent with uManager last March (2011).

I uploaded a new version to micromanager repository that will take a starting X and Y offset. Let me know if this works for you.
I also changed stage position values from integers to doubles. I will be editing my wiki entry soon to reflect the changes, with an updated script.

I just checked my wiki entry and it shows to use doubles. Is there someplace that I forgot that still shows to use ints?
