#37 Different HotKeys for PTT and Mic on/off

Hello,
I really like MicMute;

I'd love to have two different hotkeys:
One for the "enable/disable" Mic toggle and a different one for the PTT (Push-To-Talk) feature

That's because on some conference call I am one of the presenter (hence the "toggle" is handy) and on some other my intervention is only to provide just a little feedback or short replies (and here the PTT function is more suitable)

What do you think of that idea?
