#32 I can't capture any kind of sound with my PC

Hello, a while ago I installed (then uninstalled) a "MicMute" software to control the microphone.

The application did not work for me at any time.

But since then I can't capture any sound from my PC.

The webcam has a built-in microphone and connects via USB.

I have a USB connected grabber.

Microphone connected on sound card.

With none of these elements I can capture sound, I don't know what to do, probably the only solution is to format.

Any ideas?

    Hi, I am using Windows 10 64-bit.

    I installed this software today, it certainly muted the microphone but now my microphone is permanently muted. I uninstalled MicMute but cannot find a way to resolve (similar to above issue).

    Also any ideas??

    Format is a good idea =)
    Not only the volume of microphone is at zero level, also the microphone is disabled. You should go to input audio device properties and enable it.
