#19 Key Presses "Stick" In Hotkey Combinations

The hotkey functionality for toggling mute doesn't behave appropriately with a key combination. The application is currently set to use 'left-shift+pause' as a hotkey, and pressing 'left-shift' causes it to remember the activation of that key until another key is pressed, without requiring the combination to be simultanaeous. In other words, if I press 'left-shift', wait 5 minutes, then press 'pause', the mute toggles, which should not happen. This occurs with any combination of keys, be it 'right-shift+e' or even '3+y'. The hotkey should only activate when both keys are simultaenaously in a 'down' state.

Same issue here using Ctrl + Win – if Ctrl is pressed and released, subsequently pressing Win will activate MicMute.
