No, I am still working on it. I am very confident to finish oth tonight.
I will use Sourceforge Subversion's services instead of CVS. As soon as
it is ready, I'll send details.

You can do it other ways, but the module can provide this service using
ImageMagick, yes.

Well, this is your decision. Why should I document this? I've never
bothered to compile ImageMaigck on Windows, the binaries work just fine.
But if you don't trust them, you have source code and can compile yourself.

Yes. as a matter of fact, the current module doesn't use the resizing
feature.
