Hi all, =20 Nice to find this e-mail by Martin Sevigny in my mailbox this morning.=20 Regarding his promiss to put the source code and extended documentation = on Sourceforge last Friday: I couldn't find it this morning. Did I look = in the wrong place, perhaps, Martin?=20 Would be nice to have it soon, to see what needs to be done to integrate = the website design I'm working on?=20 =20 And there seems to be another rabit coming out of the wizard's hat:=20 In the installation pdf Martin mentions ImageMagick. This OpenSource = image manipulating package seems to be needed for on the fly resizing of = example images. But apart from the necessity to put the path of the app = in the sitemap1.xmap there is not much info. Imagemagick comes in = various OS-flavours and is available in binaries (UNIX, Mac OSX, Win) = and in sourcecode for stallation (UNIX, Win). Should I use the = win-binary or the win-sourcecode distribution? Has anyone done (trial) installation yet? Does the publication module = work without this app and without using example thumbnail images? Can = preprocessed thumbnails of example images be used directly, without this = app? (I may be mistaken but in the UK site i.e. it looks like thumbnails = are being resized to even smaller thumbnails) does anyone know what = format and size images should have? Maybe the original Michael triplet = (FR, IT, UK) can comment on this? =20 Are there anymore surprises to be expected, for I think I'll have to do = some serious explanation to our ICT department again, because another = standalone app has to be installed? And they are not too happy with me = coming=20 again with this kind of questions. I've already got some 'bad' = reputation as it is ;-)) =20 TIA + kind regards Henk =20 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Henk Matthezing Koninklijke Bibliotheek / National Library of the Netherlands Research & Development - project coordinator MICHAEL+ and STITCH POB 90407 - 2509 LK Den Haag / The Hague - The Netherlands=20 Phone: +31 70 31 40 687 - Mobile: +31 6 12 46 17 55 hen...@kb... - http://www.kb.nl - = http://www.michael-culture.org/ - http://stitch.cs.vu.nl/ =20 =20 > -----Oorspronkelijk bericht----- > Van: mic...@li...
