Lots of new stuff, stability fixes and a computer vision library (ERFCV).
New version of everything and a new package called miarn-pv3d that are the miarn components for use in pv3d.
Added a mirror of a version of fltk 2 that works with erf. This is needed so that we do not have to change everytime fltk changes.
This new version 0.4.1 works with the latest player 2.0.3
Also a patch to get the speech recognition in player 2.0.3 working is provided.
Finally some updates to the main packages for robot perception and teleoperation.

Problems with opengl and fltk2 fixed. The problem was that fltk-config changed to fltk2-config.
