#189 Make it possible to disable creation of nipype interfaces per program

Some programs, i.e. those that expect a input file pattern and create output files based on name patterns can not provide a good nipype interface. The build system should be able to query this in the XML file and disable the interface creation, or at least one should be able to define this in the CMakeLists.txt instanciation of the executable.
