#4 Ability to restrict functions of different users

Being a business it would be nice to see user restrictions that
could be choosen by the administrator.

Example:
Say I am an owner of an online business, I would like customers
to add a ticket on their own but I do not want them to have
access to my client addresses or be able to change their login.

These would be nice functions to be able to either turn on or off
depending on user.

Another feature that would help greatly would be the ability to
force the person that is adding the ticket to enter needed
information like ( name ) ( address ) ( phone no. ) (problem)
and ( Time entered).

that would be a huge plus.

Last but now least....Really cool features.

The ability to time-track the issue. (Time opened), (Time
elapsed), (Time Closed and by who).

The ability to auto-invoice that ticket by the admin ( or selected
user with selected permissions to invoice) and create a printer
friendly invoice sheet you could print out on location if you do
onsite business. <----way way cool

Themes....oh yeah....we all know we love skins.... :)
