#3 Extra characters in my.php

When you click on the all link in my.php to view all
tickets, at the bottom of the list you get extra
characters centered just below the table like
!O?d>
Devid>
-009d>
rvicd>

and others. This also happens when you hit refresh
while viewing the tickets. Sometimes it will work
properly however.
