I first installed Qos 2.5.3 and once adding IMQ it stopped working as I had copied the maximum delay from pppo recommended by installation document.
My internet and ipcop web interface was not accessible from inside the lan. I uninstalled.
I tried again to install and kept on testing --- I had to increase maximum delay in pppo a little higher and in IMP had to be over 100 ---- as high as 150 and now it seems to be working.
