Patch for MH-E code

[jdh <dh...@gm...>]

Here is patch supplied by Sergey of Gnu Mailutils,
which is needed to keep MH-E code compatible with  Gnu Mailutils MH, Gnu-MH.
Below the mh-comp.el-unpatched.el  is what you now have as the curren 

Please see that it gets incorporated into temacs
