#378 Use dired to include multiple files

In order to easily include many files at once, it is desirable to to
use dired to select files.

Reiner Steib suggests that this can be accomplished using
`gnus-dired.el', or at least with a slightly adjusted variant thereof.

This feature was requested by Pete Phillips and Christophe Garion
provided his implementation.

had some discussion on this on emacs-devel. I have posted a version on
`gnus-dired.el' with reduced Gnus dependencies there (should be rename
e.g. to `dired-mime.el').
