I use several gnome-desktop workspaces; if I start
emacs in Workspace 1, make a new frame, move it to
workspace 2, start mh-e, start speedbar and then
use the mouse to select a folder with a lot of
messages in it, the prompt asking how many to scan
appears in the minibuffer in the frame on
workspace 1 (which is not on the sceen). This is
confusing!

It would be best if the prompt appeard in the
minibuffer on the same screen, but failing that,
popping up a dialogue box would be better than
this.

Workround appears to be to start emacs on
workspace 2 (where I'm going to have mh-e) and
make a new frame and move that to workspace 1.
