#224 mh-display-with-external-viewer fails for parts w/o buttons

When trying to view parts of a MIME message using 'K e'
('mh-display-with-external-viewer'), it is not possible
to view a MIME part for which there is no button
displayed. Using 'K t' (`mh-toggle-mime-buttons') to
force MH-E to show a button for every MIME part allows
mh-display-with-external-viewer to work correctly.
