Build notes:

1. Login requires libXmu which is not installed by default on some Linux distros (e.g. Ubuntu 14.04). OpenBSD has it.
2. Tune the built-in commands by editing Controller.h prior to building. Typical changes include the path to the desired xinitrc file (~.xinitrc or the OpenBSD default: /etc/X11/xinit/xinitrc) and the login shell parameters.
