#9 Extend BLAST match

When a match is found to a database entry, the HSP might be truncated due to the lowered alignment score at the edges. It has been suggested many times that the HSP should be extended somehow.

Possible solutions include
1) Tweaking the BLAST parameters
2) Using a global aligner, e.g. muscle
