#2 Upload traces help

Under the spreadsheet help section, the OMP loci should be listed also. This problem is because only loci are showing if they are part of a sequence typing scheme. In reality, it should not be listed only if it is part of a sequence typing scheme. In fact, the typing schemes should not have to be listed at all when uploading.

This should and can only be fixed after [tickets:1] is addressed.
