a)     There is thought to be a strong requirement to have exactly =20
one MAGE-TAB parser in one body of code in one language that can be =20
used from either a Java or a Perl programming environment.  =20
Satisfying this requirement would ensure that MAGE-TAB never destroys =20=

itself on the shoals of disagreeing acceptors.
