Dear Anandhi, Those are not available in the MGED Ontology. You might consider using OBI (Ontology for Biomedical Investigations; http://obi-ontology.org/page/Main_Page) instead. Most of the useful bits of the MGED Ontology have been incorporated into OBI. We even generated an FGED (functional genomics data) view available at http://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/1123 under Views.
