we may want to use Log::Log4perl (available on CPAN) as an
alternate to VerboseReporter to do this.

better to *not* modify the existing XMI parser, but rather
try to extract out the templates used in the code generation
process and merge them into the SQL::Translator
(sqlfairy.sf.net) XMI parser that Angel andMark are working on.
