I am trying to at least add your suggestion as a file within the downloads section, but Source Forge is not allowing me to upload new files, nor is it allowing me to connect to scp/ssh/sftp.

Note 1: http://reezer.freeshell.org seems to not work 100 % (does not get IPs)
Note 2: https://gwc-ale5000.rhcloud.com/skulls.php seems unusable because requiring SSL.

1) reezer.freeshell.org use a version of the cache not compatible with new version of PHP so it doesn't work at all (it is only able to display the main page, it ignore all parameters).
2) Yes, gwc-ale5000.rhcloud.com can be used only by applications supporting HTTPS.
