#5 Unable to download support file

Dear Mev support:

Please your help. I downloaded MEV and I have not been able to load data. Follwing the documentation I have to start by loading data to the multiple Array Viewer at file->load data. Once I do this, the application tries to connect to the following server: ftp://occams.dfci.harvard.edu/pub/bio/MeV/annotation/bioconductor_2_6
Unfortunately it does not work. I tried connectivity using ftp features of explorer. I can see the files listed ans I have been able to partially download one of them. By the way, It never asks me for a pwd. At some time, it gives a timeout. The end of the story is that I cannot star working. Any help will be really appreciated.
