#3 trying to export data from MeV to archive

Dear MeV

I find myself in a rather difficult situation due to a hardware break down, I hope you can help me find a work-round.

I am trying to upload data from a microarray experiment to the ArrayExpress Archive or GEO. Unfortunately, I lost the TIFF images of the arrays when an hard disk crashed recently. I have tried to get the data recovered but with no luck.

I do have a set of mev files which contain data for dye-swap pairs. Is there a way of extracting the data in a form that ArrayExpress or GEO will accept? I have to stress that this is my first attempt at archiving and I have only used MeV a few times.
