The Linear Expression Map (LEM) module has been committed to
*../mev/gui/impl/lem //package has been added
*../mev/algorithm/impl/LEM.java //algorithm class
*../mev/gui/impl/images //contains about 6 new gifs for LEM
*../mev/gui/impl/dialogs/dialoHelpUtil/HelpWindow.java //updated to
support LEM help
*../mev/gui/impl/dialogs/dialoHelpUtil/HelpPages //3 new help html
*../mev/ResultTree.java //modified to render LEM result node
*build_script/build.xml has been modified to include build targets for
*user_docs/MeV_Manual.doc has been updated to include a module chapter
../microarray/util/MeVWriter and StanfordWriter still need to be
removed to build.
*Manual seems to take a while to checkout due to it's size.
I think if you update your local file system from the mev level it
should capture all of the code.
Then you just will need the build script and the manual.
I'm uploading a zip with an executable version to yousendit.com.
You will receive a link to the download as soon as the upload is done.
It's a bit slow.
*The zip has one TDMS data file and a corresponding coordinate file
as a quick demo set. This is a Strep. Pneumo. competence time course.
After loading the TDMS file, select LEM button and select to use the
coordinate file (rather than MeV annotation) for coordinates.
Select 'locus' as the gene id. There is one chromosome, no plasmids,
this data set.
*The doc version of the manual with a chapter section for LEM is
in the documentation version and is in SourceForge.
