#33 Edit result node labels

A feature came up from a user that users should be able
to edit the labels of algorithm result nodes.

I think if this is implemented that result names like
SAM(1) should remain and the user defined name should
be appended to the label.

Hi,

1.) Can I change the name of an analysis result in Mev?

For example when I run two different SAM analysis I get
the automatic naming 'SAM (1)' and 'SAM (2)' which is
basically saying nothing at all about the analysis
specifications. Now I would like to give them two new
meaningful names.
