    Hello,
My current data file format(header) is
    GeneSymbol Treatment1 Treatment2 ….. Treatment6 Control1 Control2 ….. Control6

The data are from Affymetrix chips Human Gene 1.0 ST which seems doesn't exist in the Resourcerer. I am wondering if I can use the existed annotation file because my data file has already been transferred to Gene symbols. If yes, which file is suitable?

    Thank you very much!
    Dawn

    Hi Dawn,

We currently don't have ST array support, but yes, you can create your own annotation file for the array, since you have the annotation data there. You will need to make a file that matches the format of this example file, below:
    ftp://occams.dfci.harvard.edu/pub/bio/tgi/data/Resourcerer/pipeline/Human/affy_HG-U133A.zip

I also would like to use MEV ver 4.8.1 with affy human gene st ver 1.0 arrays.  I have an RMA file to upload into MeV but also found that that array type was not available.  Can I use MeV with this dataset?

    Thanks,
    Doris
