I've run several t-tests and in every scenario I am not getting p values that make sense. When I look at the table, the p values and adjusted p values read all 0s for the significant genes. When I look at the table for the nonsignificant genes however, there are appropriate p values listed. I can't figure out what the problem is…hoping you might have some insight. I also get a message that says "there are too many unique permutations" when I select "p value based on permutations."
