In my dataset, the value 0 is shown as 1. As a result of this, the heatmaps are wrongly coloured.

I have tried re-installing MEV on Mac (version 4.8.1) and PC (version 4.8), and I still get the same problem. I have also updated my JAVA to the lastest version on both 32 bit, and 64 bit. I have tried deleting .mev folder. I tried version 4.9 for PC but I couldn't resolve the black screen closing on me quickly, even though I tried the suggestions on FAQ.

Is there a way to solve this?

I also have the same problem...have just changed all 0 values to .0000001 temporarily but I would also like a solution to this issue...
