I'm new to MeV, so please forgive me if I'm asking an obvious/stupid question..
I have a heat map of >1000 genes in 5 experimental groups = huge heat map..
I want to add the complete map as supplementary in a publication, with the the individual gene names clearly readable. This means an enormous file if I use any of the supplied pixelated formats (jpeg, tiff, png).
However, in the software, the map if obviously in a vector format.
Is it possible to export the heat map as a vector file?
Best workaround so far is png+txt file combined to a pdf in illustrator, but I'm looking for a more convenient way of doing it!
Thanks in advance!
