Hi,
I am trying to perform hierarchical clustering of an extremely high number of features (more than 100,000). Despite I reserved a very high RAM quantity for MeV (more than 8Gb) after clustering the software cannot open the clustering figure.
Does anyone has performed clustering with similar number of features/genes?
