I have a data test and run the  Wilcoxon test  on that using MeV and R  but I found discrepancy in the value W(statistic),pvalue is same for both.So I want to know which method ur using for Wilcox test.The commands i am using as below in R:
W_<-wilcox.test(Group1,Group2,mu=0,alt="two.sided",conf.level=0.95,exact=F,correct=F)$statistic;
pvalue<-wilcox.test(Group1,Group2,mu=0,alt="two.sided",conf.level=0.95,exact=F,correct=F)$p.value;
