#75 Javadoc see generate cycles

When you have a JavaDoc @see (e.g. "@see
ch.hsr.i.ant.tests.VirtualAntDevice") reference the
dependency graph view will show this as a refernce and
perhaps generate a cycle. I think this is a fault.
