#68 Builder order important to get it going

Hi,

The installation instructions are incomplete. (On some
installations?) It is important to also make the
Metrics builder
the first builder (or at least to put it in front of a
Java Builder (i.e.
standard or an Ant) in addition to the described enable
action
and view activation. Otherwise, nothing happens.
