#52 Enclosing class incorrectly identified as package

When using an inner class, the enclosing class is
displayed as a package in the Dependency Graph View.
It should not be displayed since it is not a package, and
confuses the graph.

    It seems this is a bug in the Eclipse JDT search engine. I
    have filed a bug report at
