MG  all these mods upgrade that branch to current trunk
    I will list the mods anyway

   senderAm.py : modify maxlength to 32000, log/debug printouts and 
                 1 bugfix on segmentation
   Bufr.py     : observation date/time used for delay computation if needed

   Source.py   : arrival_extension option added

   bulletin.py : comment fix (no tabs), variable initialisation fix
                 bufr date/time sets the bulletin emission variables
  gateway.py   : comment fix (no tabs)

  bulletinManager.py : add usage of arrival_extension if needed
                       when file extension is created. 
		       Fix and add some log messages.
