Completly revamped weeklyGraphics webpage as a testing 
page for a new style that will be implemented by all the 
hourly generated web pages. 


Changes include :

- New colors
- DHTML windows instead of popup windows for help files. 
- Use of the new help lines for the groups. 
- Brand new scrollable tables. 
  - New tables no longer have a fixed width. 
    These new tables will adjust to the size of the browser.
  - New table rows have a smaller height, allowing to see more 
    client/sources at the same time.
  - Note : The new tables seem to be supported by all browsers
           to different degrees(all acceptable)
           They come out much better on firefox, especially versions > 2.
