Transformed this unilinigual script into a script that
will be able to handle as many languages as the user desires. 

Corrected a few bugs from previous commit.

This version of the file requires more tests before using.

Added try : except block around log files. 

Never know if multiple process could access 
the same log files and cause problems.

Crashing the software for a simple line in 
the logger is not desirable.

Added proper use of the bytes option for the logger.
