Adding *beta* version of the graphicsRequestBroker.

This file is us to be used as a bridge between the 
request web pages and the actual back-end program 
wich generates the graphics. 

will handle the calls received and return an appropriate 
reply to the querier.

Modified parameters reading and reply sending to enable 
xmlhttprequests to be made to this file.

Added a lot of error handling in case a user tries to send 
invalid data directly to the broker without using hte web interface.
