Added --total option to generateRRDGraphics.py. This option allows for
a user to resquest a graph displaying the combined data of either all of the tx or rx
clients sources or a specified list of client/sources.
Added all required methods to do so. Will need more testing once we have access
to databases with a wide and continuous amount of non corrupted data...
Corrected small error in the use of loggers within ClientGraphicProducer.

Updating trunk with the same workaround changes as the branchs.
Corrected error in pickleMerging where it did not remerge
a merged pickle file when both sources were not modified but that
the merged file was deleted.

Added these html file-generating programs.
Each of these creates a web page with a look similar to the
pages found in Columbo.
All of them give users the access to a list of graphics for all
the rx sources and tx clients.

Added --fixedCurrent and --fixedPrevious options to generate graphics.
This will allow us to easily create graphics based on the real calendar
days, weeks, months, years instead of creating floating graphics all the time.
Changed --endDate parameter for --date.
Modified getGraphicsForWebPages so that it works with new call.

--------Major changes tothe stats library----------
Modified most files within the stats library as to make it
possible for a single machine to pickle the stats for every
other machine avaiable.
Modified path to log files in every files
wich needs access to log files so that they now take into
consideration that a single machine could be doing pickles
for numerous sources.
Modified pickle name so that they no longer include the name of the machine
where they were generated, but rather the name of the machine from wich the
log files came form.
Modified getGraphicsForWebPages so that it uses the new
rrd functions.
Added generalStatsLibraryMethods file wich contains methods that are to be
used by numerous programs in the library.
At this point it includes such methods :
getPathToLogFiles
getPathToConfigFiles
updateConfigurationFiles
Also removed these methods from files were they were used.
Code is now leaner and easier to modify.
Modified key format in PICKLED-TIMES file. Now includes name of the machine from wich
the data comes from.
Corrected a few small errors within the statMonitor utility.
Completely modified paths to graphics as to make the cleaning of the directories easier.
Modified StatsPlotter, generateRRDGraphics, and all the web pages utilities so that they
now use the new paths.

To allow for easier cleaning, symbolik links of graphics are no longer used and copies are now used.
Sqitched all symlinks for copies, modified option names and all calls to generateRRDGraphics

Web pages no longer display links to image that do not exist.
Only avaiblable graphics are displayed.
"?" links have been added to every table titles to give users a bigger description of the term employed.
All the web pages now have a "tool tip box"-style help that pops up
when user puts his mouse over the titles of the different tables.

-Corrected a few mistakes in total graphics :
- Just like for all the other graphics, mean calculation discards empty entries.
- Corrected error in overall total calculation.
- Temporary dbs used for totals now have a an entry in the DATABASE_UPDATE folder.
New calculation methods that used the time of the last update of the different dbs
gave erronous results because total databses time of updates were always equal to 0.
-Modified labels.
-Added folder creation when saving time of the last update of a
databases when folder doe not exist.
