Same fix than earlier on the latest branch.
SenderFTP was modified to make sure that if an fx_script
would return the same filename that the one given for conversion
than this should be interpreted like this : the file was already
in the proper format.  This is a bug fix .  The bug was encountered
when an already converted file was not sent and than reprocessed at
the next sending iteration... reconverted !?... renamed !? ... etc
