#51 sr_sender - post_url needed

The option url in sr_sender is supposed to give a new url but it's not working.
For ex, destination sftp://abc.com and url http://abc.com
I solved this with an on_post script.
But it's good to have a post_url option.

I actually think this is just a bug in sr_sender. likely url should work. hmm...

it works.

I guess need an example. when I test it, it works on samples.

this is called post_base_url in the current versions.
